0.6m LED T8 Conversion

The sum generated via the switch from conventional FL tube to LED tube is more than 55% savings and today, we carried out the conversion of T8 FL for our client. The old light fixtures had a retrofitting done to
remove the starters, ballasts and capacitors. All these are not compatible with the new T8 LED tube as everything require for the LED tube to operate is built-in inside the LED tube.
Please make sure you engage a qualified LEW personnel to execute the retrofitting. You can also choose to buy a new light fixture to hold the LED tubes but that will incur more cost to the entire light conversion.
When we remove the old FL light tubes, we realised that there are a mixture of different types of FL tubes, some are T8 18W and some are T10 20W. This actually consume more electricity as higher wattage light tubes are used during light tube replacement.
We have recommended the organisation with the above 8W LED tubes as the ideal replacement for the outgoing FL tubes. Lux level reading is positive as well, as we managed to get over 500+ Lux level for this area.

The switch to LED light tubes definitely help the organisation to save more and the money saved can be put to better use. Have you switch to LED yet? We look forward to hear from you soon, thanks!
